Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and destination.
• Estimated delivery times:
• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
• Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available in select areas)
• Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or weather conditions.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
• Keza Body Care is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
• If your package is lost or stolen, please file a claim with the shipping carrier.
International Shipping
• We currently do not offer international shipping.
Address Accuracy
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Keza Body Care is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
